Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: 18 May 2026

Applies to: All subscription plans purchased from anyIP.io ("we", "us", "anyIP").

anyIP.io provides proxy and IP infrastructure services to businesses. Because the service is a digital subscription that is delivered and consumed immediately upon activation, this policy explains when refunds are available, how they are calculated, and how to request one.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to business customers who purchase subscription plans directly from anyIP.io. If a separate custom or enterprise agreement has been signed, the refund and termination terms in that agreement govern and override this policy.

This is a business-to-business service. By purchasing a plan, the customer confirms they are acting in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession, and that consumer-protection refund rights, including statutory cooling-off periods that apply to consumers, do not apply to the purchase.

2. 14-day refund window

A refund may be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial purchase of a subscription plan. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be granted except where required by applicable law.

The 14-day window applies only to the initial purchase of a plan. Subsequent renewals are not covered by this window.

3. Pro-rated refunds (based on bandwidth used)

Refunds within the 14-day window are issued on a pro-rated basis tied to the bandwidth consumed, not to elapsed time. The refunded portion of the subscription fee should correspond to the bandwidth remaining on the plan at the time the request is processed, calculated as follows:

Refund amount = (Plan fee paid) × (Bandwidth remaining ÷ Total bandwidth included in plan)

For example, if a plan includes 100 GB of bandwidth for $100 and 20 GB has been consumed at the time of the refund request, the refund is $80.

Consumption is measured by anyIP.io metering systems and is reported in the account dashboard. The bandwidth balance recorded by anyIP.io at the time the refund is processed is final and controlling for the purposes of this calculation. Add-ons, overage charges, and bandwidth top-ups purchased separately from the base plan are non-refundable once any portion of the additional bandwidth has been used.

Once a refund is issued, access to the service ends on the date the refund is processed and any remaining bandwidth on the refunded plan is forfeited.

4. How to request a refund

A refund request can be submitted through either of the following channels:

  • Email: Send a request to support@anyip.io from the email address associated with the account.

  • In-dashboard: Open a support issue from within the anyIP.io account dashboard.

The request should include:

  1. The email address and account ID associated with the purchase.

  2. The order or invoice number.

  3. A brief reason for the request.

Refund requests should be acknowledged within two (2) business days and approved refunds processed within ten (10) business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on the bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear on the statement.

5. Renewals and cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund under this policy, but auto-renewal may be cancelled at any time from the dashboard to prevent the next charge.

If cancellation happens after a renewal has already been billed, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and no refund is issued for the remaining term.

6. Exclusions - when refunds are not available

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Suspended or terminated accounts. If an account has been suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, illegal use of the service, abuse, circumventing rate or usage limits, or use of the service to harm third parties, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes. If a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is initiated with the bank or card issuer instead of contacting anyIP.io first, the right to a refund under this policy is waived. The account may also be suspended pending resolution of the dispute.

  • Custom or enterprise contracts. If there is a separate signed contract, statement of work, or order form with anyIP.io, the refund and termination provisions in that contract apply instead of this policy. This policy does not modify or supplement those agreements.

  • Resold or transferred subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased through a reseller or transferred to a third party are not eligible for refund from anyIP.io directly.

7. Service issues and credits

If there is a service issue that is not addressed by a refund, such as sustained downtime or material non-conformance with the service description, contact support@anyip.io. Where appropriate, service credits may be issued and applied to the next invoice in lieu of a cash refund. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for service-level issues outside the 14-day window.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date of purchase is the version that governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
