How to pay with crypto
- Open the checkout at https://anyip.io/account/#/plans or click + Buy Traffic in the dashboard header.
- Choose the amount of GB you want to buy.
- Select Crypto as the payment method.
- Select the token and network you intend to use, then send the exact amount shown.
Select the correct token and network
The token and network are chosen during the checkout flow. The available networks depend on the token. For example, USDT can be used on Solana, but you have to select that combination first. If the order only accepts USDC and you want to pay with USDT, pick a chain where USDT is available before sending funds. Check supported assets and networks on the NowPayments status page: https://nowpayments.io/status-page.Send the exact amount, including network fees
Send the exact amount shown by the payment provider, including any network fees. The amount that reaches the order is the amount you send minus the network fee, so a payment of 25 USDT can arrive as roughly 21 USDT once the fee is deducted. These are network fees, not hidden fees from anyIP. If your payment is short, it may be credited on a proportional basis (for example, a partial 13.57 of a 23.76 order credits the matching share of GB), but future short payments may not be accepted or prorated. To avoid issues, send the full requested amount plus the network fee.Always generate a fresh payment order
Each payment needs its own new payment order with its own pay-in address. Do not send funds to a pay-in address from a previous order. If your first order expires, run the full NowPayments checkout again to generate a new pay-in address. Refresh the page before you start a new payment so you get a new address. Reusing the same pay-in address twice is a common reason a payment is not credited. If you accidentally paid the same address twice, refresh your anyIP dashboard. In some cases the balance appears after a refresh. If it does not, contact support with the details below.Expired orders
Crypto payment orders expire after a set window. A screenshot that shows “expired” only tells support that the order timed out; it does not let them locate the payment. If you paid before the order expired, support can still trace the transaction, but only with the TXID or TRX hash. Send that instead of the expired-status screenshot. What support needs to locate your payment
To trace a crypto payment, support needs:- The TXID, also called the TRX hash. This is the transaction hash from your wallet, usually a long alphanumeric string. A payment receipt or screenshot is not the TXID.
- The token you sent (for example, USDT, USDC).
- The network you used (for example, Solana SOL, TRON, BSC, ETH).
- The NowPayments Order ID, if you have it.
